Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work on algorithm development/implementation and developing software for the embedded systems.
• Be able to read, understand algorithm related research papers and code in C language.
• Research technical papers related to neural network-based image processing solutions.
• Implement algorithms in hardware as an accelerator.
• Individual contributor in a development team

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of software development experience (not gaming or web development related).
• Strong C programming skills and advanced Math background.
• Experience of ISP (Image Signal Processing) algorithm development, familiar with the industry's latest algorithm architecture and progress will be a plus.
• Algorithm related software experience, embedded system algorithm implementation experience is a big plus.
• Worked on research papers on neural network-based image processing solutions.
• Knowledge of neural networks is a plus.
• Experience in algorithm development/implementation and developing software for embedded systems.
• Matlab experience will be a plus.
• Strong interest in design and continuous optimization of the algorithm, strong learning ability.
• Self-driving and team work spirit, strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Chinese language proficiency will be very helpful.
